Report a Performance Issue

If you are experiencing a performance issue and want to contact GoodData Support, be sure to include the following information in your request:

  • The type of the performance issue that are you experiencing: 
    • Reports are computed slowly
    • ETL processes are slow
  • The workspace ID  (If you do not know your workspace ID, see Find the Workspace ID.) 
  • The links to the affected dashboards, reports, or ETL schedules
  • The date and time when the issue occurred, and your timezone
  • How often the issue occurs

Having this information in hand from the very beginning will help us resolve the issue faster. Thank you for your cooperation!
