The GoodData platform supports multiple user accounts which you can easily control for individual workspaces. You can assign the users a wide range of User Roles.
The easiest way to add and manage users is using the Manage tab.
Note: The Manage tab tools are a part of the Pixel Perfect UI which is typically available only to Enterprise Users. As a result, it uses a slightly different naming conventions, namely it uses Project instead of Workspace.
- Click the Manage tab.
- In the Manage section, click the Project & Users tab.
- Click + Invite Users.
The Invite users window opens.
- Fill in the required information.
- Click Invite.
Confirmation bar appears.
When the invitee accepts the invitation, their name will appear on the list of the workspace users.
You can deactivateand manage the privileges of individual users from the main Projects & Users screen or you can click Manage user groups to work with multiple users at the same time.
