GDPR-S Add-On

This add-on must be purchased by the customer on top of Enterprise Shield to ensure that the customer complies with the applicable regulatory requirements and data protection laws. The GDPR-S Add-on is for customers who are subject to EU GDPR and need to analyze highly sensitive data pursuant to Article 9 GDPR.

Included in the package:

• All things covered by Enterprise Shield plus:
  • Execution of DPA between GoodData (Processor) and the Customer (Processor or Controller) that enables the Customer process Special Categories of Data under GDPR
• Additional assurance on workspaces that will contain Special Categories of Data:
  • ISO 27001 and GDPR compliant processes for implementation and maintenance of the solution
  • Full audit trail of all access of GoodData Personnel to customer data

All workspaces protected by GDPR-S will be fully managed by GoodData and the customer will have restricted administrative access (only user management and workspace administration, no access to ETL or Data Integration Console
