System Requirements and Supported Browsers
Desktop Browser
GoodData is tested against and supports the following desktop browsers:
- Microsoft Windows 10 and newer
- Google Chrome (latest stable version)
- Firefox (latest stable version)
- Microsoft Edge (latest stable version; Chromium-based only)
- MacOS 10.12 and newer
- Google Chrome (latest stable version)
- Safari (latest stable version)
For best results, use the latest version of Google Chrome.
Mobile Web Browser
You can view dashboards through the following mobile browser:
- Android 5 and newer
- Google Chrome (latest stable version)
- iOS 10 and newer
- Google Chrome (latest stable version)
- Safari (latest stable version)
Dashboard viewing only. Other functions of GoodData are not currently supported. Some functions may work now but have not been thoroughly tested yet.
Browser Configuration
Any supported browser that you choose to use must meet the following requirements:
- JavaScript is enabled.
- Cookies are enabled. Some modern browser versions are now disabling third-party cookies by default. Like many other web services, GoodData relies on these cookies to authenticate users when its offerings are embedded in another webpage. You may need to enable them in your browser for access. For more information, see Known Issue: Blocking Cookies May Make Embedded GoodData Inaccessible.
- TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3 are supported.
- (For building dashboards on a Mac) The display of scroll bars is set to “Always On” in your System Preferences. Otherwise, users of your dashboards may see scroll bars where you had not.
